From hands-on training to clinical placements, participants were trained within real healthcare environments at the Dow Hospital and DUHS Diagnostic Laboratories. In this round, ended Dec 2025, 23 candidates successfully completed supervised on-job training, gaining hands-on exposure across phlebotomy, medical administration, and client & patient services.
This integrated certification was developed with experienced DUHS & non-DUHS healthcare professionals to align directly with the operational needs of hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, and healthcare service organizations across Pakistan, with a strong focus on workforce readiness and service quality. This makes CSSPC a valuable credential for upskilling if you are currently employed and also a “career-switcher” for those looking to enter the healthcare diagnostics sector professionally.
