“No one has ever become poor by giving.”

The Iftar Drive 2024 was successfully executed, fulfilling its objective of providing a healthy Iftar to over 150 people. The event showcased excellent teamwork, effective planning, and strong community engagement. Volunteers played crucial roles in food preparation, distribution, and coordination, ensuring a smooth and organized event. Financial transparency was maintained with a well-documented expenditure list, demonstrating responsible fund management. Incorporating post-event feedback collection and expanding outreach efforts could further enhance future initiatives. The drive directly contributed to SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 3 (Good Health & Well-being), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), by addressing hunger, promoting inclusivity, and fostering collaboration.

Participants developed empathy and social responsibility by directly engaging in charitable work. The event strengthened their event planning, teamwork, and leadership skills, along with financial management experience. Students also enhanced their emotional intelligence and adaptability while coordinating with diverse individuals, making this a valuable learning experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR). By combining practical skills with compassion-driven action, the Iftar Drive not only served immediate community needs but also helped students internalize the values of sustainability and social equity, fully aligning with the spirit of the SDGs.
