(Highlights) Dow University of Health Sciences Successfully Launches e-Doctors 2.0 Certification Course
Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) proudly announces the successful launch of the e-Doctors 2.0 Certification Course—a transformative, self-paced online training program designed to revitalize clinical competencies in primary care through a comprehensive Family Medicine approach.
Developed in technical partnership with EduCast and generously supported by the Islamic Development Bank, this initiative is part of a broader national effort to advance digital health and strengthen primary healthcare systems across Pakistan.
The launch ceremony, held on May 14, 2025, at the Karachi Press Club, was graced by Interim Vice Chancellor Prof. Jahan Ara Hasan and attended by all course committee members. The event marked a significant step forward in DUHS’s mission to provide accessible, high-quality, digitally-enabled medical education.
The course was chaired under the visionary leadership of Prof. Jahan Ara Hasan, whose commitment to academic excellence and primary care advancement has been instrumental in the program’s success.
