Service Excellence Training Under Way at the DUHS Ojha Campus.

 

The first training session saw active participation from Dow Staff, representing various departments such as Dow Hospital, DIR, DDRRL, Pharmacy, Nursing, OT, DIKIBD, and other key personnel who interact daily with patients and their families.

 

This training, expertly conducted by the Pakistan Society of Training and Development, forms a crucial part of the DUHS HR Directorate initiative aimed at elevating the levels of patient care, customer service, and workplace satisfaction within DUHS.
