Dow College of Biotechnology organized an exhibition regarding structural biology of viruses where Final year students of BS Biotechnology at Dow College of Biotechnology displayed three dimensional models of sixteen different viruses. The event was well attended by faculty and students. Honourable Vice Chancellor of Dow University of Health Sciences, Prof Dr. Saeed Qureshi attended the event and visited every single model and appreciated the efforts of DCoB students. The panel of five judges decided the three best models which were awarded by the recent editions of reference books of Racaniello Principles of Virology and Griffith’s Introduction to Genetic Analysis by Honourable Pro Vice Chancellor of DUHS, Prof. Dr Nusrat Shah.
