The Institute of Business and Health Management (IBHM), Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS), successfully organized Ma’rqa-e-Haq Solidarity Day on 6th May 2026, bringing together students and faculty members in a vibrant celebration of patriotism, unity, and cultural diversity.
The event commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Prof. Dr. Jahan Ara Hasan, Pro Vice Chancellor, DUHS, along with Prof. Dr. Asima Faisal, Dean and Director, Institute of Business and Health Management. A symbolic aircraft activity was also presented to express solidarity and national spirit, followed by an insightful discussion on Ma’rqa-e-Haq and its significance.
Faculty members and students actively participated in the event, reflecting their support for the armed forces of Pakistan while celebrating the country’s rich cultural heritage. The event featured colorful cultural attire, regional cuisines, creative stalls, engaging activities, and memorable moments at the photobooth.
The celebration served as a meaningful platform to promote unity, community engagement, cultural appreciation, and national pride among the DUHS community. IBHM extends its heartfelt appreciation to all faculty members, students, and organizers who contributed to the success of the event. The activity was organized under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Asima Faisal and Ms. Zahra Nazim at the Institute of Business and Health Management, Dow University of Health Sciences.
