Strengthening Patient Experience Through Continuous Learning

The Human Resources Directorate, Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) successfully conducted the training session “Elevating Hospital Experience: Training for Frontline Personnel” on 9th June 2026 at DUHS Ojha Campus.

This initiative was conceptualized, designed, and delivered entirely by the HR team following extensive brainstorming and consultation to identify key service challenges within the hospital environment. The program was carefully tailored to address the specific needs of frontline personnel and to enhance the overall patient experience through practical, relevant, and interactive learning.

The training focused on strengthening:

-Effective Communication

-Professional Conduct & Workplace Etiquette

-Empathy and Patient-Centered Care

-Managing Difficult Situations & Complaints

-Confidentiality and Patient Dignity

-Creating a Positive Healthcare Experience

Through role plays, real-life scenarios, and participant engagement, the session received highly positive feedback and demonstrated the value of targeted learning interventions in healthcare settings.
