As part of the Pak-Sri Lanka Faculty Exchange Program of Higher Education Commission Pakistan, Prof. Dr. Chantha Jayawardena, a distinguished faculty of Dentistry from University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka visited the School of Dental Care Professional on May 27, 2025 to witness the innovation showcase, featuring interactive table clinic presentations by Dental Hygiene and Technology students. These presentations, centered on the theme *Digital and Auxiliary Innovation – Revolutionizing Oral Healthcare* demonstrated student ingenuity and underscored the institution’s dedication to forward-thinking dental education. Each presentation group comprised five students from different semesters teaming up from dental hygiene and dental technology programs. Eleven groups of students presented table clinics titled as follows:
- Video-Based Vs. Conventional Post – Extraction Instructions
- Battle Against Plaque – Sugar Free Chewing gum and Dental Hygiene
- Mobile Application for Home – based Oral Health Screening
- Tooth Brushing Techniques through Digital Oral Hygiene Awareness and Education
- Digital Pressure – Sensing Ultrasonic Scalers
- Video – Recorded Messages for Pregnant Women and Their Child Oral Health
- ‘Smile-Sphere’ – Transforming Creativity into Co – Learning about oral health
- Copy, Connect and Correct – A Tele-dentistry Approach to Copy Denture
- Virtual Reality – A Smart Distraction for Little Smiles in Dentistry
- Precision in Plastic – RPDs Reinvented with Vacuum Sheet
- From Selfie to Smile – AI Based RPDs Planning and Designing
