The Dow University of Health Sciences DUHS is the pioneering institution providing integrated medical and allied health sciences education. We remain committed to carry forward this legacy of educational excellence in the shape of Dow Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, (DIPM&R) offering the Doctor of Physical Therapy (5 Years program) .We cater yearly a batch of 100 students as per HEC policy at the OJHA Campus, Karachi, providing excellent academic facilities with senior and competent faculty with fully equipped labs, classrooms along with providing physical therapy and related services to the community.
Dow Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (DIPM&R) is the first civilian multidisciplinary rehabilitation service. It was established in 2007.

Our institute encompasses specialized departments including Physiotherapy, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Prosthetics & Orthotics, Occupational Therapy, Audiology, Speech & Language Therapy, and Special Education. By fostering collaboration across these disciplines, we deliver tailored rehabilitation solutions that address the complex and diverse needs of our patients, while upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence and innovation.
In parallel with our clinical mission, DIPM&R is dedicated to advancing academic and research excellence in rehabilitation sciences. We offer a wide spectrum of educational programs, including the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at the undergraduate level, as well as advanced degrees such as the MSAPT (Master of Science in Advanced Physical Therapy) and PhD in Physical Therapy. These programs are designed to cultivate highly skilled clinicians, researchers, and educators who will contribute to the growth and evolution of the rehabilitation field.
