The initiative created a meaningful and lasting positive effect on the life of the supported orphaned girl by providing her with essential financial and emotional support at a critical time. By engaging students in this community service, it fostered empathy, compassion, and social responsibility, nurturing socially conscious future leaders. It raised awareness about social inequalities and the challenges faced by marginalized groups, promoting a culture of inclusivity and humanitarian values within the academic environment.
Additionally, the collaboration strengthened the relationship between educational institutions and community welfare organizations, laying the foundation for sustained partnerships and future joint initiatives.
This activity contributed directly to advancing several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions), SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), thereby supporting the creation of a more equitable and inclusive society.
